should I introduce cow milk,buffalo milk or lactogen 3 after 1 year of age of my son ? which is better ? how to introduce and in how much quantity?

avoid bottle feeding
do not add any health drinks or powder to it
milk products also included

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello cows milk buffalo milk or any animal can be given for the child after the child complete one year and it is absolutely safe to be given and nothing to worry and you can be giving your child milk around 500 ml in a day which would be sufficient enough and good for the growth of the child
