See there is no such so but I can tell you home remedy if it suits you you can use you can take some Multani Mitti add some rose water into that make a proper pase apply it on to the entire body leave it for at least 10 to 15 minutes after that you can actually wash it with regular what are you can just give a regular bath to the child without using any so I believe that’s going to be much beneficial for you
