Q.

My son who is 2 years 8 months old drank 5 to 10 ml of paracetamol 250mg syrup in my absence near my son. Although he was suffering from fever and ear pain. Will there be any problem having syrup of over dose. He is active but I am worried.

A. a single heavy dose for the child should not cause any major problem. there is a possibility zthat the child might have vomiting. it will be single episode and then it should stop. on the side effects part it may not be that much relevant so no need to worry. it is importantz that in the future you should give proper quantity to the child in case of medicines

A. It could be of course because a child has had too much of the medicine as per the age of to join zoom in most of the cases it is going to be that your child is going to be maybe sleep for a very long duration and it could be anything else as well so I would suggest you to just check with the doctor ones on this
