shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mom aa fever is high u need to give 3 mLs every four hours, up to a maximum of four doses in 24 hours but if child fever is repeating again and again then you need to consult with your doctor for the proper medication sometime when antibiotics is needed
