my son who is 10 years old keep getting bumps on his neck what it could be and what is the reason

A. It’s difficult to say maybe it’s due to some allergy or it could be lipoma or something you’ll have to get examined with your doctor because you’re saying it keeps a constant practice better to have an assessment with your doctor once
