My son which is 17 months old have got this pimples.. please suggest how to get rid of them..

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi sorry but I can't find any attachment. but it might happen because of many reasons like dry skin, allergy to something like fabric food or cosmetics, heat or sweating or infection. so please dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes keep your child hydrated keep your child in well vantileted room. apply thin layer of baby soothing Calamine lotion on it. avoid using any cosmetics maintain good hygiene
