Q.

My son weighed 3.1 kg at birth ,now he is 2.5 months old and he weighs 4.5 kg. I exclusively breastfeed him . is the weight gain slow ? wat all food should I eat to increase weight gain

A. Dear mum, your baby’s weight gain is absolutely normal. A weight gain of 1.4 kg in 2.5 months is fine. Baby should gain at least 500 grams per month. For healthy weight gain, continue to breastfeed your baby exclusively.
