My baby was 3.14 kg at birth. She weighed 4.3 kg when she was 6 weeks and now she weighs 5.3 kg when she is 3 months old. Please suggest if this weight gain is normal.

A. As a matter of fact the weight gain of the child is excellent a baby supposed to get around 400 to 500 grams per month according to which your baby should have gained only 1 kg to now but the baby has been able to gain more than that
