Q.

at birth my baby is 2.4 kg. at the end of 3 weeks baby weighs 3 kg. at the end of 6 weeks baby weighs 3.45 kg.. Whether it is normal weight gain? at first 3 weeks baby gain about 700 gms. but in the next 3 weeks he gain only 450 grams. because of this I got a doubt whether my milk is not sufficient for him? please help

A. hello Dear mum the weight of the child increases by approximately 500 grams each month 6 months of age keep a check on the urine output of the baby and breast feed the baby at a gap of 2 hours for 15 to 20 minutes from both the breast
