Q.
My son was vaccinated for 10 weeks but for 2 vaccines in the list(namely Dpt2/ DTaP2 and pneumococcal2), nothing was mentioned in the corresponding column, does that mean that these two vaccines are not given to my son? If so, is it important to get my son vaccinated for these two vaccines separately from private hospital? Vaccination document is hereby attached. #Vaccination
