Q.

my son was operated adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy..before 2 months now he feels weakness ..so plz suggest me some iron and calcium

A. yes, it is good to offer him health meals. and better to once meet your doctir in person to get tge ecamination done and to find the actual cause of it n management of it
