my son was 19 months old and his weight was 8.2kg. Is it normal or any issue?

Quite underweight your child should be a minimum 10 KG by the age of 12 months so you can see that this is quite underweight for a one year old child as well I would recommend you to have a check up with your doctor start with necessary supplements and diet suggested by a doctor
