my son using all English word, but still not using mother language, no response, always playing mood. I have already started schooling to mingle with other child but little bit mingle. I m little bit tens to devlopment, I thing his mind still not grow well as normal child. Please doctor tell me or suggest any medicine for mind devlop because it's 3.2 Yr going.
