Q.
my 20months old toddler girl, do not speak , only says *maai* for mom and *naam*for feeding which I thought her !!! ball word when she sees ball and bye bye only when she is in mood.. she doesn't repeat any word shows no interest in any language...she does response to her name, she plays and imitates , she feeds others,,speaks on phone... I am worried for her speech only!

as per your child age her behavior is normal so no need to worry about this matter
please spend more time with your child and talk more and more with your child
please buy some eductional toys like Babyhug building blocks wooden puzzle flash cards etc
