In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assesgysment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

It’s totally relatable with all the kids because due to viral the body becomes really weak they do not have the urge to eat so in this time you should give more of water and liquids like buttermilk coconut water juices soups or water that helps a lot in building proper strength into the body and slowly things will be better
