my son suffering from enlarged edeoids. First nasal endoscopy shows grade iv enlargement, but after 3 months of treatment, again nasal endoscopy done and shows great iii enlargement, I want to know whether needs operation or not

A. Grade 3 and four can actually be eligible for surgery but with the details that you have mentioned it is reducing so continue with the treatment if it reduces with the treatment only that has been suggested then there is no point getting the surgery done
