Q.
my son suffering fever with mouth ulser.Every time fever has come then attack mouth ulser. why? plz suggest any syrup to reduce the pain.

You can apply Dologel twice or thrice on the blister start with the vitamin B supplement and also would recommend to give paracetamol to for fever as well as the pain in the bus as it is going to be quite beneficial for you can take a test with your doctor to know why this is happening over and over
