My son still not talking but he only say mama abba bhaiya few words wat to do plz advice

A. If your child doesn’t learn to speak by the age of 2 1/2 years further than this age then in that is going to be important for you to get it checked with a speech therapist once they’ll examine and can tell you what the issue
