Q.
My son starts crying suddenly in the middle of his sleep and when we pick him up to comfort him he stiffs his body. This happens not too frequently but also not that rare. Is this something to worry about?? Secondly, he hasn't said his first word yet though he responds to actions and sometimes through actions. Is it okay??

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examinjoation or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
