my son started crying in the middle of night nd he was chewing his finger nd crying nd it seems there was that tooth issue like he is on teething must b some irritation or any other reasons?? what should i do to calm his irritation

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. as babys age is not mentioned so knw that if baby s around 4 mnths so teething makes baby cranky due to pain swelling and gum irritation. Can give a silicon or wooden teether or pacifier for ease irritation. clean and massage baby s gums by fingers. dnt forget to give vit d 3 vita must d 3 or KLM D 3 or D SOL 800 I U 0. 5 ml or 400 I U 1 ml daily till 1 year for strong bones and teeth
