A. If your 3-month-old baby girl is crying non-stop at night, has stomach tightness, and body stiffness, she may be experiencing colic, gas, or discomfort. Here’s what you can do: Check for Gas & Colic – Try giving a gentle tummy massage in a clockwise direction and doing bicycle leg movements to help relieve gas. You can also use doctor-recommended colic drops if needed. Burp After Every Feed – Ensure she burps after every feeding to prevent gas buildup. Warm Compress – Place a warm (not hot) towel on her tummy to ease tightness. Hold in an Upright Position – Keep her upright for 20–30 minutes after feeding to reduce reflux. Swaddle & Comfort – Swaddling can provide warmth and security, helping her feel calm. Check for Overstimulation – A calm, dimly lit environment before bedtime can help. Look for Signs of Illness – If she has fever, vomiting, excessive stiffness, or unusual crying, consult a pediatrician immediately to rule out any medical concerns. If the crying and stiffness persist or worsen, it's best to get her checked by a doctor to ensure there are no underlying health issues.
