My son speaks every rhyme abcd 1234 till 20 and shapes even parallelogram trapezium n all but he dont speaks by own like asking for hunger and water..he sometimes answers when we call sometimes he just look here and there and dont even eye contacts can u plz siggeat whats the actual problem??

Okay so from where has your child learned all these things because the name of the shapes as you mentioned are very difficult for a child to say or understand they say so have you taken a lot of time to teach your child because this age of child child a lot of time to teach different things then normally do not have a better understanding of natural things in this situation I suggest you please take an assessment with the doctor once
