A. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment vhvand temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.
