Q.
My son Siddhartha 2Years old now. He is suffering from dysentery, gastric and doing vomiting also. we have showed to the doctor and they have recommended us to give zincogut, colcaid 5ml dose, ondansetron 3.5 mo, and folic 5ml. After giving it for 2 days he is still facing the same gastric and dysentery. please help us.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. probably baby needs appropriate antibiotics It is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
