Q.

My son's weight is 10 kg and ideally as per chart he is short by 2 kg. is there any advice for the same or shall we continue the foods as is. #asktheexpert

A. You can include more of proteins into the diet of your child both vegetarian and non-vegetarian protein are really going to be beneficial to be given to the child during the growth as protein is very very important to be given to the child
