My son's upper four teeth are rotten. Will the teeth that come again be the same?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yea these are milky teeth and it will go away around 6-7 years of age and also do brushing twice a day and night brushing is more important. Also can evaluate once with your local dentist in person. Take care
