Q.
My son's legs are so dry and he is used to itching frequently due to dryness. Because of that, small small scars appear in his legs and make it worsen. Also his legs colour becomes more dark when compared to his face and even hands which are a little dark. Any best moisturizer for a 3 year old to get rid of this issue?
