Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency whichhf is most common.
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

Keep him engaged in physical activities like running, jumping, climbing, cycling, skating, hanging in bars and other outdoor games. Make sure to keep screen time limited.
