my son's hb percent gets reduce when ever he gets sick.his lips become pale, inside his eyes become pale. but he is very active. is this a common incident? with whom should I consult?

It is not something which is very common some kids can definitely phase the issue that’s happening with your child but maybe there is some another thing or problem associated with this so better to go ahead with a deeper evaluation of the problem to know more about it
