My son's front teeths ( central incistors) have been gone for about two months now. No new teeth have come in yet. Is there anything wrong? Will he not get any more new teeth?

A. hi no..no no worries its normal its a natural process so please dont get panic for this. just be careful about your child diet offer calcium rich food items more like nuts ,dairy products more
