My son's front teeth's are breaking into small pieces by itself.. i cant understand why it's happening... very small small pieces coming off by itself... plz help me with it,what should i do???

A. Hi this condition of your kid's milk teeth could be either due to lack of some minerals or due to poor oral hygiene.. you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper examination

A. It Actually you should get a check with a dentist was a paediatric dentist would be able to help you correctly on this because they are professionals into their feet they have an expertise in this area so nobody can assist you better than them so consult a child dentist near you
