My son's fingers in both hands getting dark . it's right under the nails. why is this happening. please help me out

A. It can be associated with deficiency of iron so please can you examine by the doctor this possibility and definitely be associated with one or multiple deficiency doctor will be able to to confirm that can assist you accordingly
