NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello this can be due to sweat so it is advisable to clean the neck area well frequently and also apply either baby powder or you can also be applying baby lotion and this can help to keep your baby skin soft and smooth and also maintain the skin tone aswell
