Q.

My son Ranvit(2.6 yrs old) urinate at least 20 times from last 5-6 days.Is there any concern..

A. hello mum sometime this can be because of the excess intake of the liquid and sometimes this can be because of the weather as well so if it happens only for a few days then don't worry but if it is happening regularly then you should consult with your doctor at once
