my son one year old and unable to pass urine and feeling pain and did vomit also. can anyone help me?

A. these are the symptoms there may be some urine infection according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr.
