my son of 5 year old....his penis bulges while urinating with no pain and no irritation....is it normal?

A. This needs evaluation so it would be better to follow the local doctor for proper advice and doctor will guide you accordingly regarding this gtwhich would bye more beneficial so you can follow the advice
