from Wednesday I'm feeling chills and irritation in throat and white discharge from vagina.. while urinating I have no pain but little urine only.. please help

If you are passing little little urine in frequency is high then there would be a possibility of you suffering with a urine infection and probably the other things are also associated with the same only I would recommend you to consult your gynaecologist please
