Q.

my son nihit is suffering from fever his weight is 10.2 kg approx giving him a crocin of 2.5ML in the interval of 4hrs but still no effective result found. and from today morning he got fever. please suggest

A. you had to increase the doses as per kg body weight and strength of paracetamol repeat once in every 6 hours if there is no relief better to do cold sponging
