Q.

my son lost his lower milk tooth at the age of 3 years 7 months. It came out naturally. it was loose and came out. consulted dentist too. x ray shows that root was dissolved and permanent tooth bed is also there. but I am concerned why it came out so early. what should I do?

A. Dear parent, it could have been lost early due to infection, injury or pressure from developing permanent teeth. If the permanent tooth bud is present, then there is nothing to worry.
