Q.

My son is 4 years 3 months old. he lost his first tooth lower front teeth at age of 3 years 7 months . We consulted dentist and he did x ray. it was normal root resorption and permanent teeth bed was also there. now he lost his second lower front teeth. I am concerned why its happening at this early age

A. Actually the process starts after the age of 4 1/2 years then you have already lost one teeth by the age of 3.7 so if it is again happening check with your doctor maybe there could be some issue previously as your doctor said everything is good so you don’t have to worry about it but if the teeth are falling like this it’s better to go for further assistance and check if there is any other issue with all the other teeth or not
