Why don’t you take consultation with the dermatologist looking at the situation they can guide you the best otherwise you can try these D and creams which are completely safe to be used on the skin which you can leave for 10 minutes and the dry out as you can try rubbing potato on that like potato juice would be a great solution to reduce that
