My son keeps having repeated skin hives all swollen on his hands and face what medicine can I use I’m woried

A. hi it needs proper medication,so I would suggest for Homeopathic medicines for this. keep your child well hydrated avoid giving processed oily spicy food and citrus fruits. give bath with Luke warm water and neem leaves. choose Cotton clothes for your child. apply cool pack or pure aloe vera gel on itchy part.
