My son Kaanav Tak is 8 years 3 months old.. He has a problem of post nasal drip since December 2019, and since then his body temperature ranges between 99-99.5 History: From Nov 2019 to February 2020, he had viral infection in throat 4-5 times and each time antibiotics (Moxclav) were given because fever didn't subside without antibiotics.. After that in February 2020, paeditrician gave Montair LC for 6 months.. Then viral infection didi not occur but there was no relief in post nasal drip and his temperature is always 99-99.5. Then I started with homeopathic treatment which I am continuing till today.. No viral infection occured during this time but still no relief in post nasal drip and body temperature is still 99-99.5.. also since 7 days he is complaining of pain in pinna of right ear.. paeditrician confirmed there is no ear infection but still he has pain in pinna.. also his one tonsil is enlarged then other.. at the age of 6, he was prescribed steroid nasal spray for 6 months.. and I think the repeated viral infections in Nov 2019 to February 2020 followed the use of nasal spray.. I wanted to know if pinna pain is related to his post nasal drip.. and what is the solution for his post nasal drip.. are any investigation required?
