my son is two month old I got him vaccinated two days ago and since then he has mild fewer and diarrhea.....what to do is it normal??

While fever is normal to be seen after vaccination but not lose motions so if your child is constantly having loose motions you should definitely connect with your doctor regarding that and they will be able to give me better guidance after examining your child
