My son is two and five months old he is good in having food his intake is good but though he is underweight so please let me know how to gain his weight what must be done..

A. hi if a child weighs Around 8.5 to 12 kg ,no need to worry about your child weight gain. but if it is low , you need to check Health issues like Indigestion, worm Infection , constipation , nutritional deficiencies etc.
