My son is two and a half years old and the weight is very low What to do to keep the weight

A. weight? Ghee, yoghurt, butter, protien rich food like soya, eggs, paneer, black grams, dates, all pulses, rajma, chickpeas, peanuts- jaggery chiki , dry fruit and nuts, fruit like banana, chikoo, grapes, mango, custard apple will help to increase weight .

A. Hi parent please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil
