A. Dear mum, weight of 4.5 kg is a healthy weight for 2 and half months old baby considering a birth weight of 2.6 kg. For healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
