my son is twelve years old whenever he goes out to play he sweats alot please tell me how can I help him?

But since your child is going out maybe your child gets exhausted and doing a lot of physical activity which is why the sweating is happening so that would be normal but if you find something is abnormal then you should get examined by your doctor because this way I cannot confirm anything
