#asktheexpert can I give ORS to my 2 years 7months old daughter everyday as she goes out in the sun to play

A. Maam ORS is very good but it is loaded with sugar also you have to think would you really want to give so much of sugar based drink to the child every day if you give it occasionally it’s not a problem but as a mom I don’t advise you to give it every day
