my son is turning six months tomorrow. his urine count is only four times per day. not taking both FM and bm. his urine report says that(puss cell 4) do I need to take USG? what to do?

The You didn’t count according to the age of your child is quite less you should be immediately consulting your paediatrician and if you have seen the cells in the test then that is definitely quite an issue it would be better to go ahead with whatever your paediatrician as to advise you
